Requirements
- Must have Cerner experience
- Ability to float to PCU, Tele, and Med-Surge level of care as needed
- Current RN license
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
- Supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
- Supporting facility nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
- Ensuring competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
